  • “Confidential Information” means all non-public, proprietary, technical, financial, strategic, commercial, operational, or business-related information shared or disclosed by Addressofchoice or its affiliates to the User, in any form or medium (oral, written, electronic, or otherwise). This includes, but is not limited to, internal processes, pricing, customer lists, project details, business plans, marketing strategies, software, codes, and trade secrets—whether marked confidential or not.

II. Services:

Addressofchoice provides various internet-based Services through its platform, including:

  1. Posting property listings and User profiles for sale, rent, or related Service.
  2. Searching for properties via Magicbricks.com and its associated links.
  3. Placing print advertisements in group publications through the platform.
  4. Posting online advertisements.
  5. Sending promotional messages via email or SMS
  6. Other Services as mentioned on Site or as stated in these Terms.

III. Eligibility:

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a valid and binding contract apart from being capable of entering, performing and adhering to these Term. Minors may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian through the guardian's registered account.You agree to register before uploading content or accessing Service, and to provide accurate personal details, including name, age, email, address, and contact number.
